Prema Lia offers a variety of empowering workshops that are experiential and soul awakening. All workshop prices are $111.00 for 6 hours. Mudras have been practiced in the Far East for thousands of years. Buddha used hand mudras to let ones know he had arrived to enlightenment. Mudras are ancient keys that unlock the door way to many channels in the body to heal, manifest and let go of old ways that no longer serves us. Mudras can also open and balance your chakra centers.
